She bought him for me even before i was borned and he was brought to the hospital labour room together with mummy to see my arrival :)

Medicine Time

Poor boy......
Giving a sour face and trying to push out all the medicine from his mouth during the feeding.
His flu had since recovered but there's still sound heard coming out from his nose.
The PD said the sound will still be there until he is 3 months old cause he has got sensitive nose.
Sighz....

Kayden not feeling well :(

Little Kayden could not slept well last night and woke up several times, even before his feeding time. Suspect he have got blocked nose or pham in his throat as there's sound heard every now and then. Brought him to the paediatrician this afternoon opposite our house, the kid's clinic, and doc said he got mild flu, sensitive nose and colic in his stomach. He was given 2 medicines, 1 for his nose allergies and 1 for his colic. These are to be taken when necessary....POor boy, need to see doc and take medicine in such a young age.

He is such a smart boy, fed him the medicine earlier and his face sulken and simply refuse to open his mouth after that, like mummy is feeding him poison. My gosh...he actually knows.....

Pray and wish that he will be well soon and be healthy.
Mummy so heartpain and sad to see you sick :'(

Went mah mah house yesterday

Yesterday was bb official lunar full month. Brought baby back to my mum's place and went to pray too. After Daddy settled us down at mum's place, he went out with Kuku for their 1st prawning activity after a good 10 months due to old folks tales that you are not allowed to carry out fishing or prawning activity during pregnancy.

Confinement, Bb full month & My Achievement

First of all, Happy 2008 new year to all of you! May all wishes come true.....

I've completed my 3 weeks of confinement and there's another 1 more week to go. Yippie...ending soon.

So sick and tired of eating confinement food and I missed drinking double cold coke and ribena. My daily 3 meals consists of either chicken, pork, egg, veg, fish and more fish with lots of sesame oil and fried ginger. Every morning without failed, a bottle of chicken essence is a must and every night a small cup of DOM wine. I'm grateful to my MIL in doing this confinement for me, cook and brew tonic for me, bathe and wipe baby morning and evening and also help in doing the washing for us. Hub had been asking me if we still need her to stay and help after that 1 month, been thinking and we discussed that probably we can get her to help out another 2 weeks as we need to get used to doing everything ourself.

Baby full month party is on this Saturday, 5th Jan 08 but my official completed confinement date is on 9th Jan, which is 1 full month after baby birth lunar date of 十一月初二. Looking forward to this date as I can finally bring baby to my parents place. We are bringing baby to 拜拜 and after that to my parents place and stay there for the day. So missed going to AMK. How I wished I can go there now.
Btw, will be going to have my hair cut this Friday and collect those ordered ang ei, ang gu kueh and cakes in the evening. So glad its only 3 days more to Friday....Hoorray.

I would also like to mark this day cause I've bathed baby Kayden this morning myself as my MIL had went out for new year prayers in their temple. So proud of myself as I've never bathe any newborn before. Although abit worried and 'kalangkabo' that I might slipped holding him when he's in the tub but luckily I didnt....phew....Hehe...Hope i've bathed and rubbed him clean, anyway, if not clean baby also won't know how to complain :P Hehe....Baby, mummy need more practise, Ok? Jia You for me!
